We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Staff – Tax to join our professional team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily corporate tax processes including calculation, payment, and reporting (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain and organize comprehensive tax documentation and financial records for audit readiness.
- Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy in tax filing submissions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor updates on Indonesian tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external tax authorities as required.
- Support general accounting tasks and administrative financial duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in taxation or general accounting.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict filing deadlines.
