Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and manage banking transactions.
- Analyze production data to provide insights for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the manufacturing department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline financial reporting related to manufacturing outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial analysis within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production data.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
