Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, ensuring adherence to MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts to support business growth strategies.
- Manage end-to-end cash flow planning, treasury operations, and liquidity management to ensure project funding stability.
- Partner with department heads to analyze cost-efficiency, revenue streams, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance, including tax filings, audit coordination, and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial dashboards and executive-level reports to inform management decision-making.
- Supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the media, production, or project-based industries.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance management software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax regulations, corporate law, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between financial data and strategic business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, analytical rigor, and proficiency in ERP systems.
