Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting processes, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and internal policies
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic planning
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes
- Excellent communication abilities with bilingual proficiency (English/Bahasa Malaysia)
