Matahari Department Store, one of Indonesia's leading retail chains, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our finance team in Karawaci, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions, ensuring that payment documents, invoices, and budget usage align with company policies and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our operations by supervising accounting staff, preparing critical financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making.
As a Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for verifying financial documents, managing cash flow, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. You will also contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to drive efficiency and control costs. This role requires a proactive leader who can implement best practices and foster a culture of accountability within the finance team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verify payment documents, invoices, and budget usage in accordance with company procedures.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
