Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and oversee financial reporting to management.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during statutory audits.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Proven expertise in logistics, shipping, or cargo industry operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
