Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and training
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
