Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and corporate financial policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of junior accounting and finance staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities and optimize overall financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
- Proven proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
