- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
