You'll manage cash flow cycles, oversee financial reporting accuracy, and ensure tax compliance across all business units. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and implement forecasting strategies
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Lead and develop finance team members through mentorship and training
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads on budget planning and financial strategy
- Maintain internal controls and audit readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
