Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee daily accounting workflows, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline procurement and operational expenditure processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial supervision, internal audit, or general accounting.
- Expertise in financial reporting, Philippine tax regulations, and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
