Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage financial reporting processes and provide insights to senior management
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is a plus
