Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and internal controls
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and cost management initiatives
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff
- Optimize financial processes through system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
