Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Develop and manage annual budgets while conducting variance analysis to ensure financial discipline.
- Lead tax reporting activities, including PPh, PPN, and other corporate obligations.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide detailed financial reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
