Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the finance department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Coordinate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Lead and develop the finance team through training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain financial controls and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
