Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze operational costs and provide financial insights
- Manage accounting staff performance, training, and development initiatives
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and recommend improvements
- Prepare financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company accounting policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting supervision, preferably in retail or mall operations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
