Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the finance team including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage budgeting processes and variance analysis for departmental spending
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with timely financial statement delivery
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
- Mentor and develop finance team members through performance reviews and skill-building initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop finance teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
