Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Manage financial reporting systems and process improvements
- Mentor accounting staff and ensure team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance supervision role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience in team management
