Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize cash flow and financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
