Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting finance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
