Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis and variance explanations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and implement corrective actions as needed
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
