Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Supervise and process all government remittances, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Monitor and facilitate all bank transactions, reconciling accounts to ensure cash flow accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and local tax regulations and internal company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to improve operational efficiency and staff performance.
- Collaborate with other department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
