Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights to management
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial transactions, including payroll processing, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is a plus
