Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis to align with organizational objectives
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and performance evaluation frameworks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance supervision or management role
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
