Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead and mentor finance team members while maintaining departmental efficiency
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience in hospitality or resort operations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Culion, Palawan
