We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle necessary tax filings (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and budgets to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders, providing clear financial communication in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to ensure efficient allocation of company resources.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team to ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
