Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit processes and address findings.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/Brevet) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead a team effectively.
- High level of integrity, strong analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
