Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting department to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate policies and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls to mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
