- Oversee all administrative activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping
- Provide operational support to field teams, ensuring financial compliance in daily activities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for management review
- Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop finance team members through training and performance management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in budget preparation and variance analysis
