Join Hilti's finance transformation as a Finance System Expert (Blackline) and become the cornerstone of our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our Blackline platform is configured, monitored, and optimized to drive seamless financial close processes. You'll collaborate with global finance teams to implement system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure data integrity across financial reporting cycles. As a technical authority on Blackline, you'll champion continuous improvement initiatives, document system configurations, and provide expert training to finance users. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Blackline system modules for financial close processes
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to ensure operational stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and workflows
- Provide technical training and support to finance users on Blackline functionalities
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial reporting processes
- Stay current with Blackline updates and recommend strategic system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Blackline implementation/support
- Strong understanding of financial close processes and accounting principles
- Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration testing
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
