As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated Finance Systems Analyst to play a key role in our finance operations from our Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga office.
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Systems Manager and will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our critical Booking Trust Finance System. This system is the backbone of our financial data integrity for our Resorts Management Business (RMbW). You will not only ensure the system runs seamlessly but will also be the key resource for producing complex financial reports, analyzing data to support business decisions, and providing strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
Your daily responsibilities will include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting system errors, and coordinating with our global IT and Finance teams on system upgrades. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Booking Trust Finance System.
- Manage system configurations, user access, and security settings to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Produce accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for RMbW Resorts and senior management.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and participate in system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new financial modules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Provide hands-on training and support to finance and operations teams to enhance system competency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance systems analysis, administration, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with financial management systems (experience with Booking Trust is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, SQL). Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
