Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary business partner between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Lead system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to finance users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Generate insights and reports to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance systems management, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or functional consultant role.
- Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience liaising between business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
