Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Oracle ERP transformation, including system configuration and data migration.
- Design, develop, and implement automated finance workflows to significantly reduce manual processing and operational costs.
- Act as the subject matter expert for finance systems, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with local financial regulations and internal controls.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of new system features and automation scripts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance systems implementation, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP.
- Proven experience in process automation, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PL/SQL).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical business users.
