Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and risk mitigation
- Lead financial audits and maintain robust internal control systems
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Drive process optimization in financial operations and tax compliance workflows
- Mentor finance team members and foster continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA or equivalent certification
- Minimum 7+ years in finance management with 3+ years in tax specialization
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and corporate tax)
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
