Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, income tax, withholding tax)
- Conduct financial analysis and support budgeting/forecasting processes
- Maintain financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in internal and external audits with documentation and compliance verification
- Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance/taxation with Indonesian regulatory knowledge
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Certification in taxation (Brevet A/B) is preferred
