Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and update tax regulations to ensure the company remains compliant with local requirements.
- Support the finance manager in audits and external tax reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, with high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and high professional integrity.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
