Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations and ensure timely vendor/supplier payments
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Maintain organized financial records and reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analysis
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and fraud prevention
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/tax operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
