- Manage and process tender documentation with precision and timeliness
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental information gathering for tender submissions
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial/tender documents
- Monitor tender progress and vendor communications
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial administration/tender management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
