Inspire Brands Asia is seeking a dedicated Finance Transformation Manager to spearhead our group-wide finance transformation initiatives. As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that transformation goals align with the company's broader strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and drive the adoption of new digital tools that empower finance teams to perform at their best. Your expertise will ensure data integrity and streamlined reporting across the region, ultimately supporting the company's growth trajectory.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end finance transformation roadmap across ASEAN markets.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and digital finance tools.
- Analyze current financial workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive training programs to upskill staff on new financial systems and processes.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a change management champion to drive adoption and minimize resistance to new processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance transformation, project management, or process improvement within a multinational organization.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a regional environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
