Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for financial services
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
- Coordinate working capital optimization through accounts receivable/payable management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal treasury policies
- Lead treasury reporting and provide insights to senior finance leadership
- Manage short-term investments and debt facilities to maximize returns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of treasury or finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, risk assessment, and banking operations
- Proficient in treasury management systems (e.g., SAP Treasury, Oracle Financials)
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, or Treasury Certifications) highly valued
