Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management
- Ensure accurate financial recording and timely reporting in accordance with accounting standards
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and compliance documentation for financial authorities
- Develop and implement strategies for effective cash flow optimization and working capital management
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align treasury activities with business objectives
- Continuously improve treasury processes through automation and best practices implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of treasury or finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in cash flow management and treasury operations
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and mentoring
