Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding financial account inquiries, balances, and transactions.
- Process financial data accurately and update customer records in our CRM systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies regarding account statements or deposits.
- Provide clear and accurate explanations of financial products and services to clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
- Basic understanding of banking products, credit cards, or loan processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills (40-50 wpm) and proficiency in MS Office and computer navigation.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
