Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding financial account inquiries, balances, and transactions.
  • Process financial data accurately and update customer records in our CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies regarding account statements or deposits.
  • Provide clear and accurate explanations of financial products and services to clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance purposes.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of banking products, credit cards, or loan processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing skills (40-50 wpm) and proficiency in MS Office and computer navigation.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
