Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers with financial account inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, payments, and service requests.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rate.
  • Stay updated on financial products, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate; college degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but we are open to fresh graduates and career shifters.
  • Willing to work on-site at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
