Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers with financial account inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, payments, and service requests.
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rate.
- Stay updated on financial products, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate; college degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but we are open to fresh graduates and career shifters.
- Willing to work on-site at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
