You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, manage the general ledger, and support the budgeting process. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly and annual basis.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies to minimize financial risk.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and monitor actual performance against the budget, providing variance analysis to management.
- Perform monthly and year-end close procedures to ensure all accounts are reconciled and financial data is up to date.
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies or unusual transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards (MSFR/MASB).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
