Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial accounting operations including month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Oversee budgeting processes and financial controls implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making
- Maintain robust financial documentation and audit trails
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax codes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder reporting
