Weave Co-Living SG PTE.LTD. is seeking a meticulous Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy, analyze performance metrics, and support audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with SFRS, GST regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting processes for operational planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CACA qualification preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in real estate or co-living sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and report presentation.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
