Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze product costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives across production and operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to improve financial processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Experience in manufacturing or medical device industry
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
