Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure data integrity across financial systems
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax filing processes
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors during audit engagements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred
- 3+ years of financial accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven experience in financial reporting and statement preparation
