Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Generate timely financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and identify trends
- Manage tax compliance, including filing returns and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes and implement corrective actions
- Support operational finance activities including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial processes and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
