Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and reporting in compliance with Australian accounting standards
- Process and oversee Australian payroll operations including superannuation and tax withholdings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure adherence to Australian corporate and tax regulations
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and payroll processing
- Proficiency in Australian accounting standards (AASB) and payroll regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Xero or MYOB accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite in Angeles City during specified hours
